RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50% of the cost is required at the time of reservation of the tour. Upon receipt of your reservation deposit you will receive a tour confirmation, medical and liability release forms and a contract form. The other 50% of the cost is required before the date of departure. In the case of 1 day tours you can pay the remaining amount just before departure. For tours longer then 1 day we need the remaining amount at least 2 days before the departure.
If payment is not completed by the specified date we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation and your deposit will be return minus non-refundable administrative cost of U.S. $ 100.00. Tour participants who do not pay the tour fee in full and do not provide all required documentation and paperwork, which includes a medical and liability release form, before a specific date, will not be able to take part in the tour.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for the following: tour cancellation, lost/stolen baggage, extended medical and evacuation costs. A traveller's insurance package may be purchased through your travel agent who can advise you as to what is available and their costs.Participant of each Bolivian Experience tour is covered by very limited accident insurance.
